Before ordering, please make sure to read this document in its entirety. 

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service and thus this contract will become active.

1. Payment 

To make sure I get paid for my work and to protect myself against scams, I will take 100% of the payment for the commission in advance. 

I reserve the right to cancel the commission for any reason at any point in the process. Your order will then be 100% refunded. In a case like this, you will not gain any right to use the commissioned work in any way whatsoever.

2. Copyright and commercial use 

Currently, commissions are for non-commercial use only. You will NOT be allowed to sell my work directly or featured on products. You will NOT be allowed to remove, cover or edit my signature or watermark. Cropping the image to fit a certain space like a profile picture or a banner on a website is allowed.

3. Twitch Streaming 

By commissioning me, you agree to the possibility that I will feature the process of working on your commission in my livestream on Twitch.tv. This is, however, not a guarantee that your commission will be featured. If you would like to keep your commission private, you will need to tick the box in the commission form on my website.
